Sales Director, Human Capital Management

Job Overview:

Nexroll is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Director to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on driving growth in the Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) space.

This full-time, remote position is ideal for a proven leader who thrives on developing talent, exceeding targets, and creating a winning sales culture. You will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and mentoring top sales professionals, setting strategy, meeting/exceeding all revenue targets set forth, and leading the execution of Nexroll’s go-to-market vision.

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll partner cross-functionally to align sales strategy with company goals, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed revenue targets — set, track, and consistently deliver (or surpass) company sales and revenue goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top-performing Account Executives to expand the sales organization.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with Nexroll’s growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Establish clear sales metrics, performance standards, and accountability systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution across the customer journey.
  • Analyze pipeline performance, forecast revenue, and use data-driven insights to drive decisions.
  • Represent Nexroll at industry events, conferences, and in strategic partnerships.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams in SaaS, Payroll, or HCM technology.
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable sales processes and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Minimum 3+ years in leadership

Compensation That Grows With You:

Total Compensation Range: $100,000 – $150,000

Your total compensation may include:

  • Quarterly bonuses tied to team performance and growth
  • Ongoing residuals from your team’s book of business

Actual compensation will vary based on experience, achievements, and leadership contribution.
