Payroll Sales: Human Capital Management Account Executive 

Job Overview:

Nexroll Payroll is seeking a driven and results-oriented Payroll & Human Capital Management (HCM) Sales Executive to join our growing team. This remote W-2 position is ideal for self-motivated professionals with a passion for delivering business solutions and building lasting client relationships. You’ll be at the forefront of selling payroll and HCM services to businesses nationwide.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell Nexroll's full suite of Payroll and HCM solutions to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through closing
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound efforts
  • Consult with business owners to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through consistent outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery
  • Represent Nexroll in a professional and consultative manner to promote trust and confidence

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Payroll, HCM, or HR software
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure
  • Familiarity with iSolved platform a plus

Job Terms:

  • This is a W-2 sales position with a performance-based compensation structure that includes an upfront commision on all new accounts, residuals, residual buyout, quarterly bonuses, and other incentives.
  • This is a remote role - work from home
